SunSauce Szechuan Chilli Jam

This is your day-to-day eat with everything sauce. Inspired by a love for spicy Asian foods. Deliciously sweet and spicy chilli jam made with aromatic Szechuan peppercorns.

Szechuan peppercorns

When eaten, Sichuan pepper produces a tingling, numbing effect. The spice has the effect of transforming other flavors tasted together or shortly after and is often added together with chili peppers to create a flavor known as málà (Chinese: 麻辣; ‘numb-spiciness’).
